Refugee Camps
We played a historic role in settling over 3 lakh families during the 1971 crisis. Our high quality and innovative tents based living quarters and underground septic systems were praised by both the Prime Minister of India and Mother Teresa for their quality and speed of execution.
Irrigation & Infrastructure
Undertook major projects for the Irrigation Department including the Khara Canal, ECG Canal, and a unique bridge in Rishikesh designed for elephants to cross. The Khara Canal was constructed with a acquaduct 15 meters below ground level. These projects showcased our engineering adaptability and reliability.
Residential Ventures in Aurangabad
We began shaping the cityscape of Aurangabad with residential layouts and landmark buildings, bringing modern amenities and community-focused planning.
Vedant Nagar Layout
Developed the prestigious Vedant Nagar residential layout. This project welcomed the luxurious Hotel Vedant, only the third such venture in Aurangabad at the time, setting new benchmarks for urban living.
Manish Apartments
Introduced 10 affordable residential units with the first-of-its-kind enclosed parking in Aurangabad, combining affordability with convenience.

A pioneering project that pushed architectural boundaries, offering spacious flats that redefined comfort and design for families.
Hirakhan Apartments and Row Houses
A first-of-its-kind development that introduced modern row houses with a bold, future-ready design. Featuring underground parking and thoughtfully planned layouts, the project combined privacy, convenience, and contemporary aesthetics — setting new standards for urban living in Aurangabad.
Neha Apartments
A bold step forward in architecture, bringing modern layouts and introducing solar power backup for enhanced sustainability. The building’s unique oval design was a remarkable architectural innovation of its time — ensuring that every room opened to the outside through a window or balcony, filling the interiors with natural light and ventilation.

Collaborated with another renowned builder to create a legacy apartment building featuring one spacious flat per floor. The project offered unmatched privacy, spacious layouts, and modern amenities — a benchmark of thoughtful urban design and enduring quality.
Jalna Layout Development
A landmark 5-acre township featuring 68 residential and commercial plots of varying sizes. The project introduced underground electrical lines and drainage systems — a first for Jalna — along with high-quality access roads. It set a new standard for urban planning and became the model for future layouts in the region.
Goverdhan Residency and Row Houses
A boutique residential enclave comprising 7 elegant flats and 5 thoughtfully designed row houses. The project balanced privacy with community living, reflecting a modern approach to urban comfort and architectural harmony.
Grover Heritage
A landmark development offering one luxurious 4-bedroom flat per floor, each designed for exclusivity and comfort. Every residence includes individual solar backup, private water and electricity meters, and a separate servant room with independent access. The project also features secure underground parking, ensuring convenience and privacy for every homeowner.
Grover Tower
The newest green project — a 15-story architectural landmark featuring expansive 5-bedroom residences with separate living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Each flat includes an individual auditorium, a private servant quarter, and an independent solar system for sustainable living. With three high-speed lifts — including a stretcher lift — and dedicated parking for two cars per flat, Green Grover Tower redefines modern luxury and environmental consciousness.
